How to view Control Panels in Brivo Access
Overview
A control panel is the complete system of control chassis and optional expansion chassis for an account. Depending upon the model, a control panel can have a single main controller board and possibly a number of additional door boards and/or input/output boards.
Prerequisites
Reseller Remote Access support admins have permission to view and manage control panels. Account administrators will need the Configuration role. Contact your reseller to enable the Configuration role on your account.
Steps to View Control Panels
- Log into Brivo .Access and navigate to the Control Panels page under the Settings->Configuration menu.
- The Control Panels List displays.
For all viewable control panels, you will see:
